What an absolutely "GRAND" experience awaits you at the Best Western Plus in Williams, AZ – the gateway to the magnificent Grand Canyon. The hotel's prime location just off I40 is complemented by its nestled position against a picturesque tree-lined mountainside, evoking a cozy mountain lodge ambiance. Recently refurbished, the property shines with pristine modernity and impeccable style. The entire staff, led by the exceptionally friendly and accommodating Romona at the front desk, as well as the amiable bar tender, waitstaff, housekeepers, and managers Jennifer and Lacey, are dedicated to ensuring your comfort and familiarity with all the amenities. They go above and beyond to make you feel right at home. Speaking of amenities, the pool, hot tub, and rear patio area offer a charming retreat. Set amidst this backdrop are yard games, a fire pit, and suspended patio lights that craft a soothing and relaxed atmosphere. The hotel also boasts a superb restaurant and bar, serving delectable fare and crafted cocktails. The complimentary breakfast buffet is a delightful bonus, featuring variety so you can relish a fresh experience each day – a refreshing departure from the usual hotel breakfasts. Notably, the hotel provides a well-equipped gym, laundry facilities, and a quaint gift shop perfect for last-minute souvenirs. Without hesitation, I enthusiastically recommend this hotel! Prepare for an experience that won't just meet expectations but will undoubtedly leave you with memories of a truly "Grand" time!!

The location was beautiful. It felt like it was a perfectly placed location. Lots of things to de nearby as well. Surrounded by trees so you still got to enjoy the scenery! Breakfast was delicious. The indoor decor was a little old & rustic in some aspects but it fit the theme of the hotel and was mixed with some newer stuff as well. Overall it was clean , staff was friendly, the outdoor area near the pool was pretty and a perfect seating area to enjoy a cup of coffee outside enjoying the fresh air/view. The omelette was really good compared to the typical complementary breakfast you receive at other places. Already planning on bringing my family back when we travel to AZ.

The place is a hidden Gem, in a lovely forest on the edge of the town of Williams, AZ. The decor was lovely but not gaudy, people were helpful, with hiking trails into the woods. But it was easy to get to the downtown area, a small town on Route 66, with the main road to Grand Canyon right out of the town. It had great amenities such as weight room, hot tub, and swimming pool. The room was large with 2 benches for our suit cases, large king bed, comfortable pillows, chairs and desk. Breakfast was not large but fine in a dining room with copper top tables.

The staff was so accommodating ! We got there early in the am and wanted to leave one of our cars there before check in and all ride together to visit the Grand Canyon. They let us do that. Restaurant and bar staff was fantastic!!! Food was fabulous!! Thank you! I booked another reservation for another family member arriving next week. We will be back! Thank you so much!!! Loved the decor, katsina figurines/dolls. Too cold to use any of the outdoor pool or jacuzzi facilities but maybe try in the spring. I love Williams!!!

I loved the outside spa, pool and lounge areas. Our room was right by the door for the spa. We parked our car at the secondary door. Location of the room was great! I put pictures of the hotel on FB and recommended the Inn if staying in Williams. I had the green chili soup and that was delicious.
